Ghana will bury a first lady in 2018 – Owusu Bempah

Rev. Owusu Bempah

Known for his rather ‘hard’ prophesies particularly on the eve of every new year, Founder and Leader of Glorious Word Ministry, Rev. Owusu Bempah in another round of predictions for the year 2018 has said that wife of Ghana’s President, Rebecca Akufo-Addo may bite the dust if Ghanaians don’t pray to avert any planned death on her life.

Addressing his congregants at the 31st Watch Night service Sunday, Owusu Bempah said.

“There are some people we call first ladies and these people are the wives of the first gentlemen that is the President of the Nation. If we don’t pray, this year, Ghana will bury a first lady”.

This won’t be the first of such prophesies emerging from the camp of the prophet as he usually unleashes a flurry of controversial prophecies about major events to happen in every coming year.

In 2017, the prophet similarly, prophesied the deaths of two national figures in 2017; a former president and a former first lady of Ghana, adding that until Ghanaians intercede on behalf of the two individuals, the prophecy shall come to pass.

“I know those this will happen to but I will not mention their names, but rather intercede on their behalf. Meanwhile I will try and reach out to them in order to pray for them” he asserted.

Isaac Owusu Bempah has prior to this, prophesied about happenings in Ghana – many of which have come to pass. But some Ghanaians, including clergymen, have described him as a prophet of doom and a person who thrives on ‘fear and panic’

The controversial pastor however insists he is not bothered by such comments saying he only puts out what is revealed to him by God.
