The Ghana Education Service has set the date for the registration for the Computerised Schools Selection And Placement System(CSSPS), scheduled from August 23 to September 4, 2023.

Disclosed in a press release dated 11th August, 2023 with a reference number, GES/PR/RELEASE93 and signed by Cassandra Twum Ampofo, head of public relations unit, the Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) further stated that,
parents and guardians are particularly advised to take keen interest in the selection of schools processes to ensure smooth Placement this year.

Meanwhile, Parents, Candidates and Teachers are expected to take part in the sensitization and education on this year’s guidelines for the school selection into Senior High Schools, which will commence on Friday August 18, 2023 across all the Regional, District Education Directorate and Schools.

Also, Candidates shall be given the opportunity to text to a short code to confirm their school choices before the actual placement is done. The details of the short code will be available in due course.
