AFADZATO SOUTH DISTRICT ASSEMBLY SUPPLIES 1000 MORE CHAIRS TO SUPPORT FREE SHS

The little effort made by the DCE, Lawyer Wisdom Semanu Seneadza has become a giant leap as four Snr. High Schools and Two TVET Schools benefit from an enormous supply of 1000 Desk.

In his quest to ensure no Child is left behind, he has continued to impress the District by committing resources to support the well being of the Students.

Lawyer Wisdom Semanu Seneadza, quite recently, likened the Free SHS to a novel scene where 5 family members were travelling but their car got spoilt in a jungle full of wild animals. Father, mother and 3 Children were hopeless until a car Showed up. The car can only take four people.”Which of these family members should be left behind,” he quizzed.

In his Opinion, the family had better managed the little space in the car than leave any member at the mercy of the virulent wild animals.

According to him, the Nexus between the scenario above and the free SHS is that the Free SHS is the passing vehicle in the jungle. Students are the family whose car is spoilt. It is better to carry all of the Students than to leave some of them behind at the mercy of the wild animals, he indicated. The Free SHS is a policy that drums home the strong belief of leaving no Child behind.

Have TVET, Logba Jibmass, Ve-Koloenu SHS, Liati Comboni and Agate SHS have already conveyed around 50-100 desk to their respective Schools and are expected to convey the rest sooner than later.
