Election Petition verdict: Let’s come together, fight the enemy within and outside – Yayra Koku to NDC

A National Democratic Congress faithful, Yayra Koku has advised party supporters not to despair but come together to fight the enemy within and outside.

He said, “two slaps in two days. 1st slap internal. 2nd slap external. Let us come together and fight the enemy within and outside”.

Looking at events in the political space that occurred yesterday and today points to the fact that in parliament house yesterday, 3rd March 2021 the NDC MPs on the Appointments Committee approved Ministers-designate, Ken Dapaah, Dominic Nitiwul, Ambrose Dery and later approved the Minister-designate for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Hawa Koomson, Information Minister-designate, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Food and Agriculture Minister-designate Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, who were previously rejected by the NDC MPs on the Appointments Committee.

The second event which took place today is when the supreme court dismissed former President John Dramani Mahama’s election petition, stating that it lacked merit.

This inference is the 1st internal slap and 2nd external slap.

Yayra Koku concluded his post on Facebook by inspiring the grassroots of his party, stating that “together we SHALL succeed.
