Today marks the 35th day since African Union was formed due to the hard work and vision of one African Freedom Fighter, Dr Kwame Nkrumah the founder of our beloved country Ghana.

Thirty-Five years ago, all African countries decided to unite under one umbrella and work towards the mutual benefit of member states because unity they say is an embodiment of Strength.

Today been holiday, Efo Worlanyo TSEKPO a Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organizer Hopeful and his team which include Comrade Foster Amoako joined the deputy Youth Organizer of DORMAA East Hon. Alan Afi to visit one of our hardworking serial callers in the Brong Ahafo Region and the country at large, Hon Oteng Kwaku popularly known as Man Oblige at Dormaa Akwamu in the Dormaa East Constituency.

Man Oblige is a household name in Brong Ahafo Region because of his hardwork and sacrifice for the party.

The team decided to honour him today to recognize his hard work for the party with some beverages, foodstuffs, and an undisclosed amount of money to help him get some airtime for his call.

Man Oblige was very appreciative and excited about the visit and promised to also continue to do what he can to help the party return to power come 2020. He said he was surprised because he never expected Efo Worlanyo TSEKPO and his team in his house because he knew Efo Worlanyo is contesting for Regional Youth Organizer and not a Communication officer.

The Deputy Youth Organizer Hon. Afi Alan who joined the team for the visit was also happy at the impromptu visit by Efo Worlanyo TSEKPO and his team to the hardworking serial caller who has been helping the party all these while.

He was very emphatic that the serial callers in the region really need support to enable them discharge their duties effectively.

He said it was for this reason he decided to lobby for 100 phones for the serial callers in the region when Ben Kluvi called upon members in the party to support the callers with phones at one of our family meetings organized by the Regional Secretariat of the party in the region.

According to Efo Worlanyo TSEKPO 50 out of the 100 phones are ready and the team will soon liase with the appropriate authorities and executives at the Region for effective distribution to enhance the work of the serial callers in the Region.

He said the leader of the serial callers has submitted the names of the first 50 people for the take off of the first phase of the project.

In response to Man Oblige, Efo Worlanyo TSEKPO said though he is not contesting as a Regional Communication Officer he has a duty as a member of the party to help strengthened all arms of the party the needed support and not only where his interest is to win votes for the upcoming internal contest.

He added that the party in the region winning it’s lost seats and adding more new seats is of more importance to him than the position he is seeking for hence his actions to help touch the grassroot and strengthen all arms of the party in the region.

He called on other aspiring candidates to join hands and prove their lobbying skills now we are in opposition to help the party to achieve it’s goals for a victorious 2020.
