The Electoral Commission (EC) registered 402 voters during a three-day mop-up exercise in Hohoe, Volta Region.
Running from Thursday, August 1 to Saturday, August 3, 2024, the exercise aimed to include individuals who turned 18 after the recent limited voter registration and to capture the names of those who had previously missed the opportunity to register.
Of the total, 190 were male and 212 were female. The registration process was smooth, with no reported issues, and the event proceeded peacefully with the presence of party agents and security personnel.
