The Deputy National Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Elikem Kotoko, has raised suspicion over the reassignment of Dr. Serebour Quaicoe at the Electoral Commission.
Following the reassignment of Dr Serebour Quaicoe at the Commission, many wonder why he was removed as the Director of Electoral Services to head the Training Department.
Many prominent Ghanaians, including Franklin Cudjoe, have expressed disappointment with some calling the reassignment a “demotion” while others make a mockery of it.
However, for Elikem Kotoko, there could be something fishy behind EC’s decision to reassign Dr Serebour.
Mr Kotoko alleges that Serebour is being put in charge of training at the EC to train certain individuals to execute an “agenda”. He wonders how people could not see the ‘bigger picture’ but chose to make fun of EC’s decision.
“What I see is a deliberate ploy to send Serebour on a mission to go and train to execute an agenda. I’m wondering WHY you are seemingly jubilating and mocking the supposed ‘demotion’.
“Have you thought of him being sent ‘downstairs’ to help train those at the base for an agenda?,” he wrote in a social media post sighted by Awakenewsroom.
