Coronavirus: How Obinim is handling consultations

The Leader of the International God’s Way Church (IGWC), Bishop Daniel Obinim, is leaving nothing to chance following the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Ghana.

The controversial preacher who goes by the moniker Angel is seen in a photograph making the rounds on social media wearing a face mask and hand gloves during what appears to be a consultation session.

He is seen interacting with a man and a woman who is seated across him wearing face masks and hand gloves while an assistant of the preacher (also in protective gear) keeps watching.

The photograph is said to have been taken at the Tema branch of his church.

Following a Presidential directive that all public gatherings in the country with immediate effect following the recording of six confirmed Coronavirus diseases (COVID-19) in Ghana, Bishop Obinim in his own televised address on his television channel said he would adhere to the directive.

He stated that he will undertake counselling services until the four-week ban on social gatherings elapses.

Obinim added that anyone who comes for the counselling session must purchase a card that will be used to pay for the cost of running his television channel.

He had earlier denied claims that he has found a cure for the Coronavirus.
