The founder of the Danquah Institute and a barrister at Law, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko has called on the flag bearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC), John Dramani Mahama, to concede if he has no evidence to go to court.
In a facebook post sighted by Awake News, Mr Otchere-Darko, who is also a member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), admonished the former president to stop deceiving his supporters.
“Dear John, if you don’t have the evidence to go to court, please concede now. Stop deceiving your supporters now before any gross harm is done”.
“The real contest on both sides is on parliamentaries”, he added.
Gabby’s remarks comes after some supporters of the NDC massed up to demonstrate over the 2020 election results.
The leadership of the NDC rejected the results after EC Chairperson,Jean Mensa, declared President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the winner of the just-ended December polls. They proclaimed, the results were not credible.
He is therefore appealing to Ex-President John Mahama to do the essential thing if he has no evidence to back his claims at the court.
