The community witnessed a heavy police presence including the Divisional Commander of Weija at the coronation centre in Ashalaja.

The police however, upon reading the ex-parte and the interlocutory injunction to the organizers, some Chiefs around including some individuals made series of calls just to overturn the court order for the coronation to take place.

After the Police Commander spoke with an known person on phone, he explained to the organizers the consequences and actions of the court should they proceed with the said coronation.
