Cape Coast High Court injunction served in Accra within 15 minutes

Cyril Nsiah the clerk of parliament showed a notice of an injunction served him that revealed a miracle by a court bailiff.

On the floor of parliament the clerk who tried to stop the member of parliament elect for Assin North from voting for speaker of parliament of the 8th parliament, he then provided a document showing an interval of only 15 minutes after it was issued.

The document showed that the Clerk of Parliament received the injunction against Hon. James Gyakye Quayson’s swearing-in as an MP, on 4:55pm after it was issued at Cape Coast in the Central Region on 4:40pm.

One wonders how that was possible since Cape Coast is about three (3) hours drive to Accra not including the heavy traffic on that road.

However the NDC resisted the attempts by the clerk to stop their Member from partaking in the process fiercely. The clerk had to finally absorbed himself from the consequences of Hon. James Gyakye Quayson actions after part taking in the voting.
