The vice chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Awutu Senya West, Kalala Eghan, has donated items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to widows, widowers, the elderly, and orphans in his constituency.
Over 50 widows received hampers and fat envelopes to celebrate Christmas during a colorful event at the Restoration Hour Assemblies of God, Ghana (Jei Krodua).
The widows who benefited from Mr. Kalala Eghan’s generosity expressed their gratitude. They prayed for God’s blessing and protection in all his endeavors as vice chair of the Awutu Senya West Constituency.
The items were presented by Rev. Daniel K. Abbam, Asafo Maame Eunice Abbam, and Asafo Maame Keito on Sunday, December 31, 2023.
In light of this, the presentation was done under the name EL-Shaddai Group of Companies as part of its annual social corporate responsibility.
The Rev. Minister used the opportunity to appeal to other companies and other benevolent organizations to assist the needy and other vulnerable in society.
