Ashanti NDC congratulates newly appointed national officers

The leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region has extended its congratulations to the newly appointed National Executives of the National Democratic Congress.

In the press release signed by the Regional Secretary, Dr. Frank Amoakohene indicated that they are confident that the experience, passion, and strategic prowess of the newly appointed leaders will bring great victory to the party come the 2024 polls.

“The Ashanti region is also grateful to the national leadership for considering the region in making the appointments.” part of the statement read

Dr. Amoakohene said the party is fiercely committed to fueling the energy, perseverance, and courage that will propel the new leadership to victory and enable the party to achieve tremendous success in the 2024 elections.

“Once again, our warmest congratulations to all the newly appointed leaders. This is indeed a victory for our great party,” he stated.

Ashanti Regional NDC Congratulates comrades on their new appointments

The leadership of the NDC in the Ashanti region wishes to by this release congratulate all comrades who have been appointed to serve the great NDC at the national level.

The region is also grateful to the national leadership for considering the Ashanti region in making the appointments.

Mrs Christiana Amoako Nuama, former Minister for environment science and Technology, was appointed as a Member of the National Council of Elders.

Hon Kwame Peprah, a former Finance Minister was also appointed as a member of the Council of Elders and member of the Political Committee.

Dr Samuel Sarpong, a former Kumasi Mayor and a Former Regional minister takes on a new role as a National Vice Chairman.

Dr Peter Boamah Otukonor, a former Deputy General Secretary was appointed as Director for the Interparty/CSO directorate.

He is ably assisted by one of our own, Dr Mary Awusi, a former parliamentary candidate for Asante Akyim North and a former deputy regional women’s organizer.

The region was also privileged to have Hon Vida Addae, a former Parliamentary Candidate for Juaben constituency and a former national deputy treasurer appointed as the Director for Welfare and Comrade Brogya Gyenfi, a former parliamentary candidate for Suame Constituency and a former Regional Youth Organizer appointed at Deputy Director for Special Duties.

We say kudos to you on your well-deserved appointment within our party! Your dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed. We look forward to your continued contributions and leadership as you take on such important roles in our party. Together, we will strive for victory for H.E. John Dramani Mahama and the NDC come 2024.
