An aspiring Parliamentary candidate Alhaji Yahya Kassim Atta made political history on December 23rd 2023 by surprising delegates and some NPP members with gifts.
The kind gesture is seen as a ground breaking initiative setting a new standard for political engagements in the constituency.
The delegates who were touched by the kind gesture have commended Alhaji Yahaya Kassim Atta for his show of love towards them during the Christmas season.
According to them the level of generosity from Mr. Kassim who has been touted as the incoming MP and his support to the party in the constituency confirms the super energy he is bringing to the constituency.
They revealed that the kind, calm and philanthropic nature of Yahaya Kassim Atta who is also the Patron of Trust Elephant and Chairman of Bawumia One Touch will bring back the love and unity that has eluded the party in the past years adding that his coming has re-energized the support base of the party and it is their believe that the party will increase its votes should the delegates give him the opportunity to lead the party in the Constituency in 2024 especially in the party’s agenda of breaking the eight (8).
They further believe that his influence and overwhelmed generosity to all irrespective of one’s religion, tribe, race or party affiliation will draw votes from other political parties who will vote massively for the NPP in the upcoming election.
They stated that the vision and mission of Alhaji Yahaya Kassim for the constituency is something to write home about and he has been described by many as the major financier of the party in the constituency and has been doing so behind the scene because of his believe that when one offer support to the right hand there is no need to inform the left hand.
These generous acts among others have earned him respect and has made him a formidable candidate within Amasaman Constituency.
The commendation came after Alhaji Yahaya Kassim Atta’s heartwarming display of Christmas generosity to the delegates which has been described by many as overwhelming in the history in Amasaman Constituency.
