Account for cash raised during your campaign – Efo Worlanyo chases Agbemava

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Brong Ahafo Youth Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Efo Worlanyo TSEKPO is running after Elikplim Agbemava to account for all monies raised through his fundraising shortcode while campaigning to be a flagbearer of the NDC.

According to the vociferous youth leader in a statement sighted by Awake News, once Mr. Agbemava has withdrawn from the race, he must stand by the Probity, Accountability and Social Justice code of the NDC and account for all monies raised.

My brother Eliplim should also not forget that we were watching him closely when he introduced his shortcode for fundraising. Now he has withdrawn from the race we want to know the amount he has made and what he intends to use the money for? – Efo Worlanyo said

He has revealed that “From sources close to him, thousands of Ghana cedis was made through the shortcode he introduced and he should as a matter of urgency remember the codes of unlocking the door of NDC, Probity, Accountability and Social Justice.”

As a Youth leader, I plead with my brother to make public the amount he has realized so far as he prepares to join the winning team as he claims – he added

Efo Worlanyo further noted that Mr. Agbemava “shouldn’t forget that the party he wants to enjoy from today was what Alista, Ako Guan and Mogabe defended till they ended up in prison”

He shouldn’t forget it was these same people he challenged the freedom the former President granted them as unconstitutional which we see as a ploy to support the NPP’s decision to make Mahama and the NDC look bad even after our loss – Efo reminds Mr. Agbemava

He joins other members of the NDC to doubts the loyalty of Mr. Agbemava.

How could such a person be trusted for suddenly supporting Mahama who was some few days ago not the right person to lead our party?

Mr. Elipklim Agbemava is the Managing Partners of Fidelity Law Group who was aspiring for the NDC flagbearership but withdrew from the race yesterday and throwing his support behind former president John Mahama.

Mr. Agbemava in August 2016 filed a petition at the Supreme Court of Ghana challenging the decision of the then President Mahama to grant pardon to three members of the NDC, Alista, Ako Guan and Mogabe who were jailed for contempt of Court after they had threatened to kill judges hearing a case brought by former PNC Youth Organiser Abu Ramadan and another, Evans Nimako.

The Supreme Court in November this year has ruled that the President did not breach the constitution in granting the pardon to the trio.

ELIPLIM AGBAMAVA MUST ACCOUNT FOR FUNDRAISING PROCEEDS AS HE BOWS OUT OF THE FLAGBEARERSHIP RACE

It didn’t come to me as a surprise to read the press release of our brother Eliplim Agbemavor who claims he wanted to be President of the Republic of Ghana.

I was very happy to see the passion and zeal he started with because he is a Youth who want to dare what others never thought of doing but later some of his utterances made him fell off with most of the Youths of our great party.

He started by making popularity by attacking John Mahama and calling people who support John Mahama bootlickers.

He wanted to be like Dela Coffie hence his attacking comments to make him look though.

I knew a day like this will come but never knew he will declare his so-called support for the man he said worse things about.

Has he also suddenly become a bootlicker as he claimed sometimes back?

He shouldn’t forget that the party he wants to enjoy from today was what Alista, Ako Guan and Mogabe defended till they ended up in prison.

He shouldn’t forget it was these same people he challenged the freedom the former President granted them as unconstitutional which we see as a ploy to support the NPP’s decision to make Mahama and the NDC look bad even after our loss.

How could such a person be trusted for suddenly supporting Mahama who was some few days ago not the right person to lead our party?

My brother Eliplim should also not forget that we were watching him closely when he introduced his shortcode for fundraising. Now he has withdrawn from the race we want to know the amount he has made and what he intends to use the money for?

Am a citizen ooo not a spectator.
